Party Policies:
NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED
If you cancel your party of event more than 2 weeks (14 FULL DAYS) before the date it is scheduled for, we can refund your deposit entirely. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your party/event date, we cannot refund your deposit, however, we are able to reschedule your party any time up to 1 year with no additional penalty.
If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit may be refunded as store credit.
Only official parties/events booked through Summit Adventure Park Bellingham, WA are allowed on site.

Memberships may be canceled via email or by filling out a form in person with at least 48 hours’ notice before the renewal date. Late cancellations will not receive a refund for the renewed payment.
