Safety Rules & Park Policies

At Summit Adventure Park, safety comes first so everyone can have fun with confidence. Please review our safety rules and park policies before your visit to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Dress Code & Personal Items

  • Trampoline-grade grip socks are required and must be purchased through Summit Adventure Park or from another trampoline facility.
  • Summit-colored wristband must be worn at all times.
  • Remove shoes, belts, key chains, and sharp objects; empty pockets before jumping.
  • No food, drinks, gum, phones, or cameras on the trampolines.

Jump Rules

  • Only one person per jumping surface.
  • No double-bouncing, flips, wrestling, tackling, shoving, roughhousing, or tag.
  • No sitting or resting on trampolines or safety pads.
  • Jump within your physical ability and follow the court monitor’s instructions at all times.
  • Do not touch, climb, lean, or hang on nets, fencing, or safety pads.
  • Pregnant individuals or those with health issues should not jump.

Supervision Requirements

  • Children 2 and under must have an adult supervise them at all times.
  • Every guest must have a signed Summit waiver on file, even if not jumping.
  • Guests not participating in attractions must check in and receive a non-jumping wristband.

Party Policies

FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED

If you cancel your party or event more than 2 weeks (14 FULL DAYS) before the date it is scheduled for, we can refund your deposit entirely. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your party/event date, we cannot refund your deposit, however, we are able to reschedule your party any time up to 1 year with no additional penalty.

If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit may be refunded as store credit.

Birthday Party Policies

  • Deposits may be paid by debit or credit card only (no cash or gift cards).
  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the party/event receive a full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but parties can be rescheduled within 1 year with no additional penalty.
  • Guests may not bring pizza or items sold at the park, but desserts are allowed.
  • No silly string, pinatas, glitter, confetti, or wall decorations.

Gift Card Terms

  • Gift cards cannot be applied toward memberships.
  • Gift cards cannot be used as a party deposit but may be used to pay for a party in full.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Memberships renew automatically on a monthly billing cycle, beginning one month from the original purchase date.
  • Memberships can be canceled via email or phone with at least 48 hours’ notice before the renewal date. Late cancellations will not receive a refund for the renewed payment.

Accessibility & ADA Information

  • All Summit Adventure Park locations have ADA ramps to the court areas.

All Sales Are Final: We uphold a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Exchange Policy for all products and services purchased through our platform. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
