Party Policies:
NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED
If you cancel your party of event more than 2 weeks (14 FULL DAYS) before the date it is scheduled for, we can refund your deposit entirely. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your party/event date, we cannot refund your deposit, however, we are able to reschedule your party any time up to 1 year with no additional penalty.
If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit may be refunded as store credit.

Contact us via email in order to cancel your membership. It is free to cancel however, a written notice must be sent via email 48 hours prior to your renewal in order to cancel before the next billing cycle.
